    • U.S. Orders Only: Due to the sensitive nature of bump stock products, we currently only ship within the United States.

    • Restricted Locations: We do not ship bump stock products to states, counties, or cities where such items are prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Denver CO, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois,  Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington State. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws.

    • Age Verification: All orders for bump stock products require age verification. Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase these products.

3. Order Processing

    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided that age verification and payment have been completed successfully.

    • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

    • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping through reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

    • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected.

5. Signature Requirement

    • Adult Signature: Due to the nature of bump stock products, an adult signature (21+) could be required upon delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.

    • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

7. Compliance with Federal and State Laws

    • Legal Compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing and owning bump stock products is legal in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with federal or state laws.

Bump Stock Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Bump stock products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any signs of use, tampering, or alteration will disqualify the product from being returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized bump stock products are not eligible for return.

    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.

    • If federal, state, or local laws change to prohibit the possession or sale of bump stocks after your purchase, the product cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at admin@slidefire.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

    • We do not offer exchanges on bump stock products. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your bump stock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@slidefire.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.

7. Compliance with Laws

    • The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and return of bump stock products.
