New Jersey AG files lawsuit against RW ARMS

Official Statement from Slide Fire Solutions, LP

Slide Fire Solutions, LP hereby affirms that we have not conducted any commercial transactions with RW Arms, LLC since the implementation of the federal prohibition on bump-stock devices on March 26, 2019, pursuant to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) Final Rule 2018R-22F.

Following the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Garland v. Cargill, 602 U.S. (2024), which invalidated the federal ban, Slide Fire Solutions has no knowledge of the source or chain of custody through which RW Arms has obtained any Slide Fire–branded products. Further, Slide Fire Solutions has no information regarding RW Arms’ awareness or understanding of continuing state-level prohibitions.

The resale of bump-stock devices into jurisdictions where such devices remain prohibited may expose consumers in those jurisdictions to state criminal or civil liability.

For clarity, Slide Fire Solutions restricts the sale and shipment of bump-stock devices into the following jurisdictions where such devices remain prohibited under applicable state law:
California; Connecticut; Delaware; Florida; Hawaii; Maryland; Massachusetts; Minnesota; Nevada; New Jersey; New York; Rhode Island; Vermont; Washington; City of Denver, CO; and The District of Columbia.
